OUR MISSION
Diversity Distilled advises, advocates and crafts unique strategies to address the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion of brands — with a focus on the world of distilled spirits, packaged beverages and the alcohol and service industries. By assessing the corporate and organizational structures, we discover opportunities for brands to be more inclusive.

Equipped with a roster of Diversity & Inclusion experts and Spirits Industry advisors, Diversity Distilled is ready to implement change — not only within spirits companies, but within the spirits industry writ large. We believe that together — through a spirit of collaboration and the sharing of best practices — we will build a diverse and inclusive Spirits Industry that reflects the diversity of the Spirits available on the shelf.

CONSULTING
Build the infrastructure that will create pathways for People of Color to become a part of the company throughout all disciplines — from the fermentation and distillation processes, to overseeing the company’s finances, to building the distribution network. From bottle design, to social media engagement, to human resources decisions, to identifying new sales opportunities — we focus on integrating your workforce for the unique challenges of today.
We also show brands how to become more diverse and inclusive in their marketing strategies. From the initial consultation through implementation, our brand assessments will study your organization from all angles to deliver deep insights to help your team succeed.
JOB PLACEMENT
In order to promote Diversity and Inclusion it is necessary to provide real opportunities for a wide range of diverse candidates. These real opportunities start with jobs. At Diversity Distilled, we help companies identify, hire, and nurture talent for positions ranging from sales and marketing, to finance, to human resources.
TRAINING WORKSHOPS & PUBLIC SPEAKING
We train Executive Teams to identify and accept the bias inherent in the corporate structure — and how to incorporate D&I into the overall corporate culture in impactful and measurable ways.
